Lord, my prayer is that you tell all reading this message
that I declare You are God; I claim this in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
1 John 4:13-21 New
International Version
This is how we know that we live
in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his
Son to be the Savior of the world. If anyone
acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God.
And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.
God is love. Whoever lives in
love lives in God, and God in them. This is
how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day
of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out
fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made
perfect in love.
We love because he first loved
us. Whoever claims to love God yet hates a
brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and
sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God
must also love their brother and sister.
Example of the Issue being
discussed:
I will try to not talk in a circle; but this is a truly tragic
and negative circle of our foolish reality.
Adults need to understand that fear of another person (lack
of understanding of an unknown culture or physical outward look – Caucasian, Negro,
Asian, Hispanic...) is not rational, realistic, or responsible.
The name for this unfair bigoted belief style and system is
called a phobia (meaning: excessive or irrational fear of a person, place,
or thing.).
The metropolitan area of Wausau, WI
is accountable and responsible for what is happening in and outside our family
homes, schools, media, police departments, District Attorneys’ Office,
judiciary, and states government.
Learning true facts about what we fear is the only solution
to fixing this problem! The Asian community was brought here by the Christian
Community because we felt they were true examples of Christ Centered (Godly)
values in fighting against repressive mass murdering societies in Vietnam,
Cambodia, Laos...).
What if we all lived (thought, talked, and wrote) according
to the Journalists Creed?
The Journalist's Creed:
I believe that the public journal is a public trust; that
all connected with it are, to the full measure of responsibility, trustees for
the public; that all acceptance of lesser service than the public service is a
betrayal of this trust.
I believe that clear thinking, clear statement, accuracy
and fairness are fundamental to good journalism.
I believe that a journalist should write only what he
holds in his heart to be true.
I believe that suppression of the news, for any
consideration other than the welfare of society, is indefensible.
I believe that no one should write as a journalist what
he would not say as a gentleman; that bribery by one's own pocket book is as
much to be avoided as bribery by the pocketbook of another; that individual
responsibility may not be escaped by pleading another's instructions or
another's dividends.
I believe that advertising, news and editorial columns
should alike serve the best interests of readers; that a single standard of
helpful truth and cleanness should prevail for all; that supreme test of good
journalism is the measure of its public service.
I believe that the journalism which succeeds the best-and
best deserves success-fears God and honors man; is stoutly independent; unmoved
by pride of opinion or greed of power; constructive, tolerant but never
careless, self-controlled, patient, always respectful of its readers but always
unafraid, is quickly indignant at injustice; is unswayed by the appeal of the
privilege or the clamor of the mob; seeks to give every man a chance, and as
far as law, an honest wage and recognition of human brotherhood can make it so,
an equal chance; is profoundly patriotic while sincerely promoting international
good will and cementing world-comradeship, is a journalism of humanity, of and
for today's world.
The Social Issues!
Adults, what positive and negative examples and words do
you display to your children (social media)? Do you do this to be cool and to
fit into a group? Do you monitor your children’s social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, Instant message, and phone text
message; which is easily done)?
Gold Standards for Child Care in Today’s
World:
Allow Cell Phones for children only when
absolutely necessary to family needs and child safety. Rule: no texting unless
they know and understand you will check their text messages on a reasonable
basis or they will not have texting while living within your home; no matter
their age.
Allow Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram... only if you open the account and they are a user of the
account; child should not have the ability to change the account. Turn on that
all posts they make or receive must go to your cell phone. Close or suspend the
account when they are trying to be cool to be part of a group or if they are
doing thing that will get them into major trouble.
The Lord is calling Christians to accountability and responsibility for all children in His love by giving $5 for this youth and others;
remember God sees and knows all that you do or do not do!
